1. Lifetime Warranty Shield
Our Lifetime Warranty Shield applies to all Ramset tools. If a tool has faulty materials or manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the tool for no charge.

Conditions:

• Applies to the original owner
• Lifetime is defined as the period between day of purchase and   seven years after the tool is discontinued
• The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse or unauthorised service
• The use of non-approved consumables or service parts will void the   warranty
• Service must be conducted at a Ramset service centre
• The validity of the warranty claim will be at the sole discretion of the   Ramset service centre.

2. Free Service Shield
Ramset will service tools free of charge for one or two years after day of purchase, depending on the type of tool*.

Free servicing covers:

• Free return to site
• Labour costs
• Routine repairs due to fair wear and tear
• Service when indicated by carbon brush shut down or service   indicator light
• Repair or replacement of defective, damaged or worn parts (worn   parts are those
  subject to normal use)
• After-service safety check, electrical retagging or WOF.

3. Ongoing Service Shield
This applies when the free service period has expired.

Like all hard-working machinery, Ramset tools sometimes require repair. To keep costs to a minimum, Ramset will carry out standard repairs up to an agreed price. If the repair can’t be completed within the agreed budget, we can:*
• Provide a fully itemised quote to complete the repair
• Send the tool back unassembled if requested
• Offer a trade up to a new tool

4. Tool Upgrade Programme
When the time is right for an upgrade, the Ramset modernisation plan helps you into the best equipment for the job. Our expanding range of tools makes it easy to move up to something bigger, better or both.

We offer a guaranteed trade-in for your existing Ramset tool if you’re upgrading to a new tool that’s equivalent or larger.*

Minimum trade-in values apply for:

• Dynadrills
• Powder or Gas powered tools
• Diamond motors
• Ramset brand power tools
