Blazebrake 201
Highly flexible to resist cracking makes Blazebrake 201 ideal for acoustic and fire rated applications. Blazebrake 201 is a user-friendly acrylic copolymer sealant for interior and exterior use.

Recommended uses
• Sealing gaps around pipes, cables, ducts and services, which penetrate fire-rated walls and floors.
• Sealing joints and penetrations in acoustic partitions and walls.
• Sealing joints in precast and tilt-up construction.
• Sealing vertical exterior joints.
• To prevent the spread of fire and smoke through walls and floors.

BlazeBrakeT Fire Rated Expanding Foam
One component expanding PU foam, Fire Rated up to 4 hours.

Recommended uses
Suitable for fire rated sealing of joints in precast and tiltup construction walls, metal pipe penetrations, ceilings and floors. Also suitable for sealing gaps around window and door frames, sound dampening and sealing against draughts and moisture.

FyreBrake
Fire and acoustic rated for sealing residential and office partitions, concrete block, tilt-up and precast concrete. FyreBrake is a high performance, 1-part, 100% polyurethane construction sealant, which does not shrink, dry out or crack.

UniCollar®
UniCollar® is a unique method of protecting plastic pipes which pass through fire rated walls and floors. The system is supplied in continuous strip form which is cut to length and attached to the element using ready-made clips. These clips fit into the pre-punched slots on the strip. The intumescent activating layer is already attached to the metal band and requires no additional fixing. This whole patented system is packaged in a single-ordered box for convenience and lower inventory cost.
